The anime adaptation of the Aho Girl manga from Hiroyuki is just around the corner and a new promotional video for it has arrived. Clocking in at 47-seconds, it’s a pretty busy piece once it gets underway but it also reveals a July 4th, 2017 debut for the 15-minute per episode show. The series has set Keizou Kusakawa as the general director with Shingo Tamaki handling direction. Series composition comes from Takashi Aoshima with character designs by Masakazu Ishikawa. Diomedia is on board to anime the project.

angela is performing the opening theme song “Zenryoku☆Summer!” while Sumire Uesaka is handling the ending theme song “Odore! Kyūkyoku Tetsugaku.”
The manga comes from Hiroyuki and began back in November 2012 with eight volumes published so far. The manga was picked up by Kodansha Comics USA with the first volume set to be published in June 2017.
Plot Concept: This 4-koma style manga features Yoshiko, a genuinely stupid girl (she can even manage to get all 0′s on multiple choice tests). She hangs out at school with her childhood friend, who she claims to like, and he has to put up with all her ridiculous behavior!
