The “Evil Corps,” led by Don, are on a mission to conquer the universe. They set out to invade Earth first, but they struggle as some quirky Earthlings stand in their way. Eventually Don’s plan to invade Earth becomes distorted…?! This wacky slice-of-life sci-fi comedy stars a team of aliens you just can’t hate and lots of unique Earthlings!

As the guys continue to figure out their place in the grand scheme of things, frantically and with lots of yelling, we get Chiku reaching his limit from the start here as he goes off on the others. Infighting is no surprise considering the stress they’re under with how badly everything has gone. Setting them on their own paths to find work and food which in turn has Don even more frustrated because he’s lost his underlings and his friends. Don’s path takes an amusing turn as the Hiyodoru guy ends up bringing him on to pair up with e mascot after Don apologizes to said mascot. That Don would be ideal for handling entertaining kids and performing with Hiyodoru makes perfect sense, but it’s not the life he wants which only makes it more amusing with how frustrated he gets by it all.
In Summary:
Breaking up the team for a little bit isn’t a surprise and it’s fun to see how Don copes on his own since he actually succeeds more in the basics than he would as part of the group. But he doesn’t want to be alone and he doesn’t want to succeed in this way, which makes it all fun to watch. Don’s your typical overly emotional leader that’s more trouble than help to his own cause but you can see how kids would rally behind him even as adults will find him problematic and the type of person you don’t want to associate with lest they bring you down too. This is a cute episode though and it helps by having Chiku and Pepu in it less so that it’s not as chaotic or frantic.
