While Funimation announced the release of Fruits Basket on Blu-ray in North America for the first time earlier this year, they’re not going to be alone in getting this property back out in front of people. MVM Entertainment has now confirmed UK release plans for the series later this year where they’ll be bringing it out on Blu-ray for the first time. While Funimation’s release is dated for early August, MVM has not revealed when they’re planning to bring it out yet.

Funimation has released the series on DVD in North America and Yen Press is releasing the manga.
Directed by Akitaro Daichi, the Japanese cast includes Aya Hisakawa as Yuki Soma, Tomokazu Seki as Kyo Soma, Yui Horie as Toru Honda, Akio Suyama as Hatsuharu Soma, Ayaka Saito as Momiji Soma, Kaori Nazuka as Kisa Soma, Kazuhiko Inoue as Hatori Soma, Kotono Mitsuishi as Kagura Soma, Miina Tominaga as Ritsu Soma, Mitsuru Miyamoto as Ayame Soma, Reiko Yasuhara as Saki Hanajima, Ryotaro Okiayu as Shigure Soma, Wakaba Murasaki as Akito Sohma and Yuka Imai as Arisa Uotani.
