With the fourth compiled volume coming up at the end of June in Japan, Yuiko Tokumi’s series Slow Start is getting an anime adaptation. Details are minimal at the moment as we don’t have any production information or season set for it. The property has been serialized in Manga Time Kirara as a four-panel series since the summer of 2013.
Plot concept: Hana Ichinose is a normal 16 year old high school student. However, there is something different about her: She enrolled in high school one year late! Her classmates are unaware of this, and Hana will have to work hard to catch up with everyone else.
