1 min read

My Hero Academia Volume 1As the second season anime adaptation of My Hero Academia moves right along and with the first season out on home video, Viz Media is taking advantage of the interest by offering the manga on sale. The publisher has taken to ComiXology (and Amazon Kindle) for the sale with the first seven volumes now priced at just $4.99 per volume. Which is just $2 off of the digital price in general for previously released volumes but is half off the print price – and without the storage or portability considerations at play!

The sale runs until May 8th, 2017 and you can see the volumes here.

Plot concept: Middle school student Izuku Midoriya wants to be a hero more than anything, but he hasn’t got an ounce of power in him. With no chance of ever getting into the prestigious U.A. High School for budding heroes, his life is looking more and more like a dead end. Then an encounter with All Might, the greatest hero of them all, gives him a chance to change his destiny…
