Peppermint Streams Latest ‘Plastic Memories’ German Anime Dub Clip

Plastic Memories Header 4-22German distributor Peppermint brought out the first volume of Plastic Memories recently and they’re continuing to showcase their German language dub of it with a new clip. The company grabbed this back in August 2016 and talked about an early 2017 release. They’re bringing it out as two separate releases on both DVD and Blu-ray with the first volume coming out back on February 24th, 2017 and the second volume coming up on April 28th, 2017, making for a quick schedule overall. The series will be getting a German language dub and each release will come with a soundtrack CD as an extra.

The series is an original creation between okiura ofInfinite Stratos character designs and Steins Gatewriter Naotaka Hayatashi. The series was directed by Yoshiyuki Fujiwara with Chiaki Nakajima providing the character designs for it. The animation was produced at Dogakobo.

The cast includes Sora Amamiya as Isla, Yasuaki Takumi as Tsukasa Mizugaki, Chinatsu Akasaki as Mitiru Kinushima, Megumi Toyoguchi as Kaduki Kuwanami, Sayuri Yahagi as Zack, Satoshi Hino as Constance, Kenjiro Tsuda as Yasutaka Hanada, Nobuo Tobita as Takao Yamanobe, Aimi as Sherry and Sumire Uesaka as Eru Miru.

Plot concept: In a world where there was a slight advancement in science. After failing his college entrance exams, 18 year-old Tsukasa Mizugaki is offered a position at the renowned SAI Corporation due to his father’s connections. Sai Corporation was known for its production and management of androids that possessed human emotions called “Giftia.” Tsukasa’s job is to recover Giftias that are close to expiration. To make matters worse, he’s paired with Isla, a female Giftia who has only ever had the task of serving tea.
