We’ve had a lot of information dole out since August 2016 when Bandai Visual revealed a new project that’s being done by World Cosplay Summit with ID-0. Now that we’re ever so close to the scheduled for an April 9th, 2017 debut, Bandai Visual has brought out a new video that gives us a look at the opening sequence of the series to try and sell us on it even more.
The series will be directed by Goro Taniguchi based on the screenplay by Yosuke Kuroda. Taniguchi has a strong range of credits with shows like Code Geass as the original story and director as well as directing Planetes while serving as the chief director on the recent Active Raid series, there’s plenty of potential there. Kuroda has done a lot of scenario, screenplay, and overall series composition work for years going back to Battle Athletes Victory and also worked recently on My Hero Academia and Food Wars as well as nearly half of Hellsing Ultimate.
Kanetake Ebikawa is on board as the mechanic character designer while the original concept of animation characters is done by Range Murata, whose works are being brought to life in the animation by Hiromi Kato. Overall mechanic designers include Fumihiro Katagai, Takashi Takakura and Takayuki Yanase with SANZIGEN producing the animation.

It’s also been revealed that Sayaka Sasaki will perform the opening theme “ID-0″ while Hironobu Kageyama will perform the ending theme “Stellar Compass” for the series.
