The movie franchise for this property continues to roll on as the home video details have landed for Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Dark Side of Dimensions. The film debuted in theaters in Japan back on April 23rd, 2016 and is the home video release came out a few days ago on March 8th, 2017 release. Which means we now have some large and varied looks at the packaging for it. The film will arrive on DVD for 5,800 yen, Blu-ray for 6,800 yen, and a limited edition DVD/Blu-ray for 18,000 yen. The regular editions will come with a card, a booklet, some special manga, and promotional videos. The limited edition will also come with a keychain, a figure, a t-shirt, and an audio commentary with the cast.
The feature has Kazuki Takahashi serving as character designer and executive producer while also working on the script, keeping the original creator pretty close to the project in a good way, while Takahiro Kagami is on board as the chief animation director and character designer.
Plot concept: In the past, Yuugi Yami and Kaiba have clashed many times!! Yuugi Yami, who resides in Yuugi Mutou’s body, and Kaiba will have a duel that bets their prides and accepts each other’s mutual experience.
