Announced in August 2016 with the cast reveal at the time, the anime adaptation of the rhythm game Idolish 7 has now announced the staff for the project. The series, which hasn’t had a season scheduled for it yet, will be directed by Makoto Bessho with series composition by Ayumi Sekine. Kazumi Fukagawa is on board to handle the character adaptations into anime form while TROYCA will be handling the animation production itself.

Plot concept: Working at an agency owned by your father, seven new idols await. They are all part of an idol unit IDOLiSH 7, and each of them have unique personalities.
