Triage X HeaderKaze Deutschland picked up the streaming rights for Triage X when it aired originally back in 2015 and they’re now getting ready to move forward with utilizing the license. The show is being spread out to a couple of volumes with the first one now solicited for a May 26th, 2017 debut priced at 29 euro for the DVD and 30 euro for the Blu-ray as both are listed as limited edition releases. The show will be a bilingual one that brings out the first four episodes of the series along with German subtitles.

The show ran for a ten episode run plus an OVA. It’s directed by Akio Takami and Takao Kato based on scripts by Katsujiko Takayama and character designs by Akio Takami. Saeko Zogo with Nagareda Project will be handling the opening theme for the series.

The main cast previously announced includes Kenji Akabane as Arashi, Mikami Yui Kondou as Mikoto Kiba, Amina Satō as Oriha Nashida, Fuyuka Oura as Yūko Sagiri, Masumi Asano as Miki Tsurugi, Ryoko Shiraishi as Sayo Hitsugi, Takaya Kuroda as Masamune Mochizuki, Aya Hisakawa as Fiona Ran Winchester, Naomi Ōzora as Hinako Kominato, and Izumi Kitta as Yuu Momokino.

The show is based off of the manga of the same name which comes from Shouji Sato. The series began in 2009 and has fourteen volumes released in Japan so far with twelve of them released in North America by Yen Press.

Plot concept: At first glance, Arashi Mikami appears to be a normal, albeit socially awkward, 17 year old high school student. However, he’s actually part of a secret vigilante organization known as Black Label, a group dedicated to executing power-hungry criminals the law refuses to deal with. However, taking down a crime lord isn’t always an easy task, and there’s bound to be consequences for any action…
