Second ‘Wonder Woman’ Trailer Arrives

2 min read

Wonder Woman Film PosterWarner Bros. has a lot invested in making sure that Wonder Woman does all it needs to after some of the darker films so far, even with the humor of Suicide Squad, and a film like this has a lot more riding on it for what the character represents to so many after being a part of the fabric of pop culture for so many decades. Warner Bros. has now brought out the first formal trailer for it after the SDCC trailer earlier this year with the intent of this being in front of a lot of people throughout the holiday season ahead.

In the meantime, I’d definitely recommend checking out some good and current non-continuity reading material with the Legend of Wonder Woman series that we reviewed. The first series has ended and a new one is coming up.

The film is set to debut on June 23rd, 2017 directed by Patty Jenkins and starring Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Danny Huston, David Thewlis, Ewen Bremner, Saïd Taghmaoui, Elena Anaya, Connie Nielsen and Lucy Davis.

Plot conceptBefore she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.
