Bushiroad has revealed their plans for the upcoming Cardfight!! Vanguard G NEXT anime series that’s set to kick off on October 2nd, 2016. The latest iteration of the long-running property will be streamed on multiple services with it showing up on YouTube, Crunchyroll, and Daisuki this weekend. The series will have a 9:40pm ET premiere with English subtitles while Bushiroad will be bringing out the English dubbed editions later in the fall in November.
Plot concept: Following the conclusion of the previous Cardfight!! Vanguard G Stride Gate arc, members of Team TRY3, Chrono Shindou, Shion Kiba and Tokoha Anjou will be moving forward to their respective high schools. Each member will be forming their own team in a bid to decide their own future. The three protagonists are set to clash as rivals in the upcoming large-scale tournament titled U20 Championship.
