2 min read

angel-sanctuary-volume-1-coverViz Media has rolled out their next digital manga sale on ComiXology and Amazon Kindle with the series Angel Sanctuary. The series comes from Kaori Yuki which ran in the shojo magazine Hana to Yume between 1994 and 2000 for twenty compiled volumes. All of those volumes are now on sale on the two services for $4.99 and $4.49 per volume respectively. The property proved pretty popular for fans as it had a three episode anime series produced that was released by Central Park Media and then rescued by Media Blasters, and there was a series of Drama CDs in Japan as well that covered other story arcs.

Viz Media released the manga series in full in North America.

Plot concept: Why is Setsuna so mixed up? Despite his attempts to be noble, he’ll fight anyone anytime; he ignores all authority; and he harbors feelings for his sister that can only be described as “”incestuous.”” Why is he such a mess? The reason may be found with two demons from the underworld and their enemy, an insane angel who is distributing an insidious computer game called Angel Santuary.
