Anime Limited’s slate of acquisitions as announced at the MCM Comic Con London today also include a feature film with a home video release that’s already dated. The company has picked up the rights for Expelled From Paradise with plans to release it on DVD and Blu-ray on December 7th, 2016. The releases will be priced at $29.95 and $34.95 AUD respectively. No extras are detailed with either release at the moment.
The feature is an original work from Gen Urobuchi, who has certainly carved out a following in the last few years with shows like Madoka Magica and Fate/Zero, with Toei doing the production for it along with nitro+. Seiji Muzshima is directing with Rie Kgumiya and Miki Shinichiro star.
