The fourth season of this franchise is getting closer to being underway as the official site and social media side has confirmed that Uta no☆Prince-sama♪ Maji Love Legend Star will be making its debut in October 2016 as part of the fall season. The announcement, which you can see below, also includes a new visual with some of the more recently announced cast members from the new groups in it.
The staffing side is mostly the same with the addition of Sayaka Konno working on the series composition alongside Konparu while Maki Fujioka is on board to work the character designs and serve as the chief animation director, a change from the previous season where Mitsue Mori handled both positions.
The series stars Miyuki Sawashiro as Haruka Nanami, Takuma Terashima as Otoya Ittoki, Kenichi Suzumura as Masato Hijirikawa, Kishô Taniyama as Natsuki Shinomiya, Mamoru Miyano as Tokiya Ichinose, Junichi Suwabe as Ren Jingūji, Hiro Shimono as Shō Kurusu, Kousuke Toriumi as Cecil Aijima, Showtaro Morikubo as Reiji Kotobuki, Tatsuhisa Suzuki as Ranmaru Kurosaki, Shouta Aoi as Ai Mikaze, Tomoaki Maeno as Camus, Yūichi Nakamura as Ringo Tsukimiya, Koji Yusa as Ryūya Hyūga, Yuka Imai as Tomochika Shibuya, Norio Wakamoto as Shining Saotome, Hikaru Midorikawa as Eiichi Ootori, Daisuke Ono as Kira Sumeragi, Tsubasa Yonaga as Nagi Mikado, Yuuma Uchida as Eiji Ootori, Hidenori Takahashi as Van Kiryuuin, Ryouhei Kimura as Yamato Hyuuga, Daiki Yamashita as Shion Amakusa and Tomokazu Sugita as Raising Ootori.
Plot concept: Utano☆Princesama Revolutions continues after the end of Uta no Prince Sama 2 when budding boy band ST☆RISH wins the Uta Puri Award for best new rookie group. All seems well for them and Shining Agency’s other group QUARTET NIGHT, but soon an opportunity to perform in the opening ceremonies of an international sports festival surfaces. It’s group against group in a fierce battle that will take more than 2000% to win; it will have to be a LOVE REVOLUTION!
