Star Wars Rebels Season 2 Episode 18This weekend has a lot going on within the Star Wars universe as the Celebration event is getting underway tomorrow and that means a lot of news and fun events coming out. That has the official channel bringing out a new ten-minute installment of their original The Star Wars show where they run through a lot of what they’ll be presenting on the livestream. The piece also has Dave Filoni stepping in around the tw0-minute mark to provide some dialogue about Star Wars Rebels and showing off a clip from the third season around the 3:30 mark that runs for about three minutes

At the six-minute mark, they’ve got a brief interview piece with Gareth Edwards that was done about two years ago before he started filming Rogue One where they talked about the influence of the original films on him.

The TV series stars Freddie Prinze, Jr., Taylor Gray, Steve Blum, Tiya Sircar and Vanessa Marshall. The second season got underway on October 14th, 2015.

Star Wars Rebels Concept: Set five years before Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope and fourteen years after the fall of the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Council in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, the series follows a motley group of rebels (all of whom have been affected by the Galactic Empire in one form or another) that band together aboard a freighter starship called the Ghost. The series will also focus on the origins of some of the groups that will form the Rebel Alliance.
