Ahead of its premiere as part of the summer 2016 season, the original anime series 91 Days has brought out another quick hit TV/web spot that focuses on two of the characters. The new promo puts its focus on Nero for it, who is being played by Takuya Eguchi, as well as Fango, as played by Kenjirou Tsuda. This follows up the quick 15-second web/tv spot that introduces the characters of Avilio and Corteo with their respective voice actors. The project has Shochiku as the distributor on July 9th, 2016 on MBS as part of their Animeism block. The new series has set Hiro Kaburaki to directed based on the series composition from Taku Kishimoto and character designs from Tomohiro Kishi. Studio Shuka is providing the animation.
The cast includes Takashi Kondou as Avolio, Takuya Eguchi as Nero, Daisuke Ono as Vanno, Soma Saito as Corteo, Kenjirou Tsuda as Fango, Koutarou Nishiyama as Frate, Yuuichi Nakamura as Ronaldo, Takahiro Sakurai as Barbero and Kazuhiro Yamaji as Vincento.
Plot concept: His name is Nero, the man who will someday become a mafia boss. He is also the target of revenge by Avilio, whose family was murdered. In order to carry out his revenge, Avilio will have to kill his friend.
