Pony Canyon Sets ‘Seisen Cerberus: Ryuukoku no Fatalités’ Anime Blu-ray Box Set

Seisen Cerberus Visual 4-4As we get toward the end of the spring 2016 anime series Seisen Cerberus: Ryuukok no Fatalite, Pony Canyon has now finally announced the Japanese release. The thirteen episode series is getting a single Blu-ray box set release that will arrive on September 21st, 2016 priced at 27,000 yen. It’ll be spread across four discs while on-disc extras include the clean opening and closing sequences.

The show was directed by Nobuhiro Kondou with Mana Uchiyama assisting based onthe  series composition from Hiroshi Oonogi. Gou Tougetsu worked on the character designs while Isamu Fukushima and Yoshinori Deno served as the chief animation directors. It was animated at studio Bridge.

The cast includes Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Hiiro, M・A・O as Sarato, Maaya Uchida as Erin, Taiten Kusunoki as Giru, Arisa Ogasawara as Tomitte, Shunsuke Sakuya as Nanbuko, Mariya Ise as Sharisharu and Manami Numakura as Mumu.

The opening theme is called Resonant Heart and is performed by Maaya Uchida while the ending theme is Xenotopia from Suzuko Mimori.

Plot concept: It is set on the continent of Qun’ahn, which dominated by sword and magic users and whose land is divided among the kingdoms of Saint Amoria, Ishilfen, and Varondis. The anime follows 16-year-old Hiiro, who takes up a sword in order to avenge his parents’ death by killing the evil dragon Danguard.
