As we move through the current digital-first series The Legend of Wonder Woman, I’ve been curious as to what creators Renae De Liz and Ray Dillon would work on next as I’ve absolutely adored the book. That question has been answered as their next project will be a second volume of the series. While no dates, details, or project ideas were revealed, there’s a lot to look forward to as the book can explore a whole lot of what makes Wonder Woman who she is – and run right through the arrival of her feature film next year.
The series was recently nominated for an Eisner in the Best digital/Webcomic category.
Project concept: In the beginning there was only chaos. Hippolyta, Queen of the Amazons, sees a better future—and eventually, her daughter is destined to bring that new world to life. Follow Diana’s adventures from her youth on Themyscira through scary times in Man’s World and beyond!
