NY Times Manga Best Seller List For May 7th, 2016

With April behind us, the first week of sales rankings from the New York Times with what’s selling the best in the realm of manga and light novels has arrived. And unsurprisingly, it’s back to the mainstays this week. with a new One-Punch man arriving, that sixth volume takes the top spot and the first volume gets a boost as well – as does the fifth volume as some folks are catching up. Viz Media essentially takes nine of the spots here with Tokyo Ghoul eating up three spots, the recent My Hero Academia with another, some One Piece and Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, which certainly delights us.

Kodansha Comics USA grabs the tenth spot here as they hold on with the recent 18th volume of Attack on Titan.
