With the first two cour for the series having gotten distribution through Hulu, it was no surprise to see that they’d be back for the third installment as well. That’s now landed and fans can check out Sailor Moon Crystal: Death Busters with the first episode now available subtitled on the service. The previous two cour are still available on the service and the first twenty-one episodes are also available in dubbed format. Those that subscribe to Hulu can watch this show in HD on your TV, mobile and computer.
The new season is changing things up a bit with the staffing, which is likely to give a lot of fans hope, as it’ll be directed by Chiaki Kon. The character designer position is changing as well with Akira Takahashi taking on those duties after working as an episode animation director for the previous season. Yuki Kobayashi remains on board in charge of scripts for the series.
The first two seasons were directed by Munehisa Sakai at Toei Animation with Yuji Kobayashi doing the scripts. Yuki Sako worked on the character designs while Yasuharu Takanashi served as the composer. Art direction was done by Takashi Kurahashi and Yumi Hosaka.
