With the third season of Yamishibai out there these days, Sentai Filmworks is gearing up to release the first two seasons in a compact set coming up on April 19th, 2016. There’s not been a lot of short-form show releases here so we’re pretty excited about this one. The set will bring out the first two seasons of the series on both DVD and Blu-ray priced at $24.98 and $34.98 respectively as each set is 117 minutes. It’s in its original Japanese with English subtitles only and now we’ve got a look at the finalized packaging and disc design for them. It definitely puts the right horror feeling out there.
Plot concept: Ghosts. Curses. Demons. If you crave tales of terror and seek mysteries that defy explanation, go to the park at 5.
