Fans of the summer 2015 anime series Monster Musume have a bit more to look forward to as a new episode is coming later this year. It’s been revealed that the 11th volume of the manga from OKAYADO will have a DVD bundled with it that has a new episode. It’ll work off the 17th chapter of the manga that, surprise surprise, involves the gym pool with the main cast. It’ll feature a return of the main staff and cast from the TV series. The volume is scheduled for a November 12th, 2016 release. Could it portend another season of the TV series in our future?
The anime series was directed by Tatsuya Yoshihara based on the overall series composition and scripting by Kazuyuki Fueyasu. Tatsuya Sunagawa performed double duty as the animation director and character designer and the series was animated at Lerche and Seva.
The cast includes Sora Amamiya as Miia, Ami Koshimizu as Papi and Natsuki Aikawa as Centorea, Mayuka Nomura as Suu, Huruka Yamazaki as Meroune “Mero” Lorelei, Sakura Nakamura as Rachnera “Rachnee” Arachnera, Yuu Kobayashi as Ms. Smith and Junji Majima as Kurusu Kimihoto.
Seven Seas Entertainment is currently releasing the manga in North America.
