The winter 2016 anime series Tabi Machi Late Show has gotten its home video marching orders from Comix Wave and we’re getting a DVD-only release that will land on March 25th, 2016. Priced at 1,620 yen, there are no details as to what else might be included with the release nor is there any information on whether it will have English subtitles. It’s expected to have them, however, because nearly every Comix Wave release has done so in the past.
The series is written and directed by Yuu Numata with Eri Kinoshita on board for character designs. The cast includes Yukiko Morishita, Yūki Tomizawa, Kenta Okuma, Miho Tabata, Yukari Goto, Rina Endō, Yuko Gibu, Masumi Taira and Yoshikazu Nakadai.
Comix Wave Films produced four episodes with the theme of “goodbyes and journeys,” entitled “Recipe,” “Transistor Smartphone,” “Summer Festival,” and “Clover”, as part of the Ultra Super Anime Time programming block broadcast in Japan.
