1 min read

Rebecca FergusonFor a lot of people, Rebecca Ferguson stole the show in Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation and she’s been getting involved in a lot of films after putting in a lot of years in smaller roles. One role that she’s now taking is the original film Life, which is being directed by Daniel Espinosa based on the script from the Deadpool screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick for Skydance.

There’re no further details in the film and its production yet, but Ferguson has a busy enough schedule in general. She’s set to reprise her M:I role as well as appearing in The Snowman due out October 2017 and has landed the lead alongside Emily Blunt in The Girl on the Train.

Plot concept: The film follows the crew of the International Space Station, who, after retrieving a sample from Mars, discover that it displays signs of life, and proves to be more intelligent than expected.
