The winter 2016 anime series Prince of Stride: Alternative has its home video release being handled by Media Factory and they’ve now set the schedule for it. The new series is getting a six-volume release to cover the twelve episodes that it’s running with the Blu-ray releases priced at 7,000 yen and the DVDs priced at 6,000 yen. The series begins its run on March 23rd, 2016. Check out the grid below for the full slate of dates and what on-disc and pack-in materials there will be for it.
The series will be directed by Atsuko Ishizuka based on the overall series composition from Taku Kishimoto and character designs by Kokunen Ou.

Plot concept: The series is about an extreme form of sport known as “Stride.” It involves 6 players on a team that runs relay races in towns. The story takes place at Honan Academy where first year high school students Takeru Fujiwara and Nana Sakurai try to recruit members for their “Stride” club. They request Riku Yagami to join with the help of Takeru and Nana. Their goal is to compete and win the “End of Summer,” a top competition hosted in Japan alongside other schools.
