The latest sales rankings out of Japan for manga and light novels for the week ending November 22nd, 2015 has arrived and there’s some solid titles making the grade this week. The latest Black Butler tops the charts at 316,000 copies, showing there’s some solid life in this title and that we can likely expect more anime in the future. We’ve also got solid openers for the latest Terra Formars and Fairy Tail. It’s also heartening to see the latest Space Brothers landing at sixth place with almost 160,000 copies. We’re still holding out hope that they can bring the team back together for more anime as well. Noragami does solidly and the final volume of Orange added a good chunk of second week sales as well, which continues to be impressive.
On the light novel side, the latest Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei volume stays at the top with almost 30,000 more books added, bringing it to just under 170,000 since it debut, while the latest volume of It’d be Good if Only Little Sister Was Here takes the second place spot, potentially owing a bit more to come to the recently announced anime adaptation.
