Set to open on November 28th, 2015, Tamayura: Graduation Photos Part 3: Adoration is following tradition when it comes to Japanese films and promotion by unleashing a full trailer for it. While Western audiences are used to extended promos months and months ahead of a release with smaller teasers coming closer to it, the reverse is pretty much the norm here. With a good bit of material behind it and the first two feature films as well, anticipation is certainly there for fans to get another taste of this property.
The feature series is designed to bring the whole story to a close with most of the team from the TV run returning to it with Junichi Sato handling series composition and directorial duties as the original creator while working off the script from Reiko Yoshida. Haruko Iizuka is handling the character designs and serving as the chief animation director.
The film stars Kana Asumi as Kaoru Hanawa, Yuka Iguchi as Nori Okazaki, Yuko Gibu as Maon Sakurada and Ayana Taketatsu as Fuu Sawatari as they reprise their roles from the series.
The property began with a first season that began airing back in 2011 and returned for a second season in the summer of 2013. An extra episode was included with the 7th volume of the home video release and there have been five OVAs as well. The third film is scheduled for November 28th and the fourth on February 10th, 2016.
Plot Concept: The story takes place in Seto Inland Sea and is about a girl who likes taking pictures.
