With the next episode of Star Wars Rebels set to arrive tomorrow night, a second preview has been released to give us a bit more about the introduction of Ketsu and a touch of background to it all.
The premise for the episode has also been revealed; “Sabine is assigned a mission to escort a courier of secret information vital to the rebel cause to a rendezvous point. The task is quickly complicated by the arrival of Sabine’s old friend and partner, Ketsu, who is looking to collect the bounty on the courier.”
It hasn’t been revealed formally who is playing Ketsu in the series, but eagle-eared viewers have locked onto Gina Torres from Firefly as the actress.
The series stars Freddie Prinze, Jr., Taylor Gray, Steve Blum, Tiya Sircar and Vanessa Marshall. The second season got underway on October 14th, 2015.
Plot concept: Set five years before Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope and fourteen years after the fall of the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Council in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, the series follows a motley group of rebels (all of whom have been affected by the Galactic Empire in one form or another) that band together aboard a freighter starship called the Ghost. The series will also focus on the origins of some of the groups that will form the Rebel Alliance.
