‘Wake Up, Girls! Beyond the Bottom’ Anime Feature Gets First Trailer

Wake Up girls Beyond the BottomThe second Wake Up, Girls! film from the new two-part release is scheduled to be released on December 11th, 2015 as it follows up the first half work and now Avex Pictures has released the first full trailer for it. It clocks in at just over a minute with a little additional material there about the production, but it gives us a very good look at the project. The January 2014 theatrical debut of the Wake Up, Girls! feature alongside the debut of the TV series set the stage for things and after a bit of a break it’s come back strong this fall. The first film came out earlier this fall with Wake Up, Girls! The Shadow of Youth.

The staff from the first film is set to return here with Yutaka Yamamoto directing it at studio Ordet based on the script by Touko Machida. Chikaoka Sunao is set to reprise their role as both character designer and animation director.
