Animatsu/Manga UK Add Nine New Anime Licenses

2 min read

My love StoryAt the MCM Comic Con London this weekend, Animatsu and Manga Entertainment UK held their panel and they announced nine new anime licenses that they’re going to be working with. The company has mostly set tentative 2016 dates as there are questions about what materials will be available due to the fact that some of these just ended. As you can see from what’s here, they’re all titles that Sentai Filmworks have licensed and are releasing in North America. And it’s unknown at this point if some will have dubs or not, which can nudge production schedules back a bit.

It’s an interesting slate to see being brought out to the UK where it’s often hard to do sports series, much like the US, but also with some of the romantic side pieces. It’s a good balance overall and hopefully they’ll find an audience there.

Amagi Brilliant Park (2016)

Blade Dance of the Elementalers (Q1 2016)

Food Wars: Shokugeki no Soma (2016)

Is it Wrong to Try to Pick up Girls in a Dungeon? (Q1 2016)
