Sentai Filmworks pickde up the rights to the summer 2015 anime series Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya 2wei! Herz! as the show began back in July, but they’re now bringing it over to Hulu. The first four episodes of the series have been added to the service and are available for streaming. Those that subscribe to Hulu get to watch this show in HD on their TV, mobile and computer.
The series is set for ten episodes once again and it will be directed by Shin Oounuma based on scripts by Hazuki Minase.
This will mark the third season of the property that deals with the alternate world setting from the Fate/stay night universe as written and illustrated by Hiroshi Hiroyama. The series began in 2007 and has run several short-run series with each working its own progression and theme while tied to the larger work.
Sentai Filmworks has licensed and released the first series on DVD and Blu-ray in bilingual form.
Property concept: Spin-off of Fate/stay night with Illyasviel von Einzbern as the protagonist, living an alternate life as a school girl. While taking a bath, she stumbles upon Kaleido Stick Ruby, who turns her into a magical girl.
