‘Venus Project -Climax-‘ Anime Gets First Subtitled Clip

2 min read

Venus Project Climax Visual 1One of the more under the radar shows of the summer season that I can think of is that of Venus Project ~climax-. FUNimation is currently simulcasting the series with its anime and variety show episodes, but it’s seemingly gotten little traction – or promotion. They’re now working on that a bit as the first clip has arrived for the show that’s a bit more of a music/action piece than anything that will fill you in on the show, but it certainly looks appealing. The series is one of those unusual multimedia projects with the game, anime and more to it and there’s something amusing about watching the cast from the two different forms competing against each other. Folks who subscribe to Hulu can watch this show on your TV and mobile devices.

Plot concept: In the near future, Japan has developed sophisticated digital and image technology. People are enthusiastic for a new type of entertainment called “FORMULA VENUS.” Abbreviated as “F-V,” it is a sorted live battle of the top idol performances based on the idols’ power, techniques, and developed experience. The story is about the drama that happens among the girls in VENUS PROJECT as they aim for the top by concentrating on difficult battles, passion, and friendship.
