1 min read

Michiko & HatchinThe folks at Toonami like marathons and it definitely works well for some shows to provide a good spotlight on them. One that they’re gearing up for is for the Labor Day weekend where they’ll be doing a seven episode marathon of Michiko & Hatchin. The run begins at midnight and runs through 3:30am for fans to be able to sink their teeth into as it’s a show that definitely works better in this form rather than weekly. We recently reviewed the very affordable Blu-ray complete collection here.

Plot Concept: After escaping from prison, the sexy criminal Michiko rescues an abused girl known as Hatchin. The two are about as opposite as they come, but their fates become intertwined through the connection of a man from both their pasts. On the run from the police and Hatchin’s abusive foster parents, the unlikely duo set out to find this man and ultimately discover their freedom.

  1. Marathon’s a great way to watch and be exposed to anime, and its good to see Toonami still in action for anime.

  2. I really enjoyed this show when I first watched it. I’ll have to tune in to watch it.

  3. I’ve only got to see the first 4, have been following it weekly. And it’s one of the first ones that I’ve enjoyed that I have to wait week to week it’s driving me crazy. I guess finding great series on my old laptop and being able to binge watch Spoiled me. Especially with the ones that are done so well that each little episode feels like it should be a full movie. Sometimes I try to DVR at least have two weeks worth of some shows, but I end up breaking and watching before the next week and cons
