FUNimation has added another of their summer 2015 anime series to the Hulu service today, and a part of the subscription side of it, with Chaos Dragon now having the first two episodes available. According to the series page, Hulu will add new subtitled episodes two weeks after their original Japanese air date. Episodes streaming sooner with subscription. Those that subscribe can watch this show on their TV and mobile devices.
Chaos Dragon is part of a multimedia project that’s tied to a boardgame and a smartphone game from Sega Networks and is based on the role-playing fiction project Red Dragon,which was created by five notable creators with Gen Urobochi, Kinoko Nasu, Iduki Kougy
The cast includes Marina Inoue as Ibuki, Miyuki Sawashiro as Eiha, Sōma Saitō as Soirot Clasbari, Maaya Uchida as Rō Chenfa, Unshou Ishizuka as Kagraba, Haruka Terui as Meryl, Jouji Nakata as the Black Dragon, Keiji Fujiwara as Simeon, Aimi as Ulrika, Haruo Satou as Enumael, Tomokazu Seki, Sayaka Ohara, Tōru Ōkawa, Eriko Matsui, Ryoko Shiraishi, Atsushi Tamaru, Ryohei Kimura as Sol, Aoi Yūki as Shaddy and Ayaka Imamura as Miska.
The anime adaptation is being directed by Masato Matsune at Silver Link with overall series composition by Ukyou Kodachi with work by Shou Aikawa
Plot concept: The series takes place in Huanli (the Year of Dazzling) 3015. Donatia and Kouran, two countries fighting for supremacy, are causing the world to be torn apart due to the constant war. Amidst the strife is the island country Nil Kamui, which has lost its independence. Red Dragon, the guardian god of Nil Kamui, goes out of control. Will the island country be able to regain its independence?
