‘Gakuen Handsome’ Anime Adaptation Cast Revealed

Gakuen HandsomeThe anime adaptation of the popular iOS and Android mobile platform game Gakuen Handsome, or Handsome High School, has had a few new details revealed. With it about two months until the release of the OVA, the develop has revealed the voice cast for the anime, which is different from that of the game itself. The project is being planned as a single OVA that will be released on August 28th, 2015 for 2,980 yen. It’s being animated by Team YokkyuFuman with Tohoku Penet directing it.

Plot concept: The “school love story” is set at Baramon High School, a private boys’ school for the prefecture’s most elite. The protagonist transferred into the school and meets various major players on campus, such as the “outlaw teacher,” the soccer captain, and a childhood friend whom the protagonist has not seen in seven years. The school presents opportunities for friendship, love, and conflict. The tagline of the game is, “Whenever you exited the school gates, you were handsome.”
