After the cancellation of The Tomorrow People, Luke Mitchell ended up with a recurring role on the second season of Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D., where he played the character of Lincoln, one of the Inhumans that are on Earth where there’s different factions out there of which. For the third season that gets underway this fall on ABC, Mitchell has now been promoted to a series regular and is likely to tie in to a few different areas within the show, and gives the series a bit more superpowered characters to work with.
The series stars Clark Gregg as Director Phil Coulson, Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May, Brett Dalton as Grant Ward, Chloe Bennet as Agent Skye, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons, Nick Blood as Agent Lance Hunter and Adrianne Palicki as Agent Bobbi Morse.
Plot concept: Director Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) embarks on a deadly new secret mission to protect the world from new threats in the wake of SHIELD’s wars with Hydra and a rogue faction of Inhumans.
