2 min read

DNA2With Discotek Media and Crunchyroll working together more and more, there’s a slow but steady stream of shows being added to Crunchyroll for streaming that haven’t been on there before, which adds something new for viewers to check out. The latest is the DNA^2 series, which came out originally in 1994 based off of the manga by Masakazu Katsura, known back then for his Video Girl Ai series and more recently for Zetman and design work on Tiger & Bunny.

The full series run is now available to premium members on the service while free members have the first five available with five more added next week and then the rest after that. The show is open to viewers in the US and Canada.

Plot concept: Junta has a problem: He’s deathly allergic to girls! All this changes with the arrival of Karin, a gorgeous time-traveler who transforms him into the Mega-playboy, the sauciest girl-magnet around. Suddenly, Junta’s wildest dreams have come true, and all the prettiest girls in school have fallen in love with him. With so many adoring fans, mayhem is sure to follow, and Junta finds himself in the center of one hilarious romantic mishap after another.
