Compared to the first season of the series, Aniplex Japan is going a more traditional route for the second series with Nisekoi: as it’s getting a six volume release. The series is set to begin its release on June 24th, 2015 with new volumes following monthly where the Blu-ray release is priced at 7,560 yen while the DVDs are at 6,480 yen. While we only have details on the first volume so far, we’ve now got the first look at the cover artwork for it as well. We’ll be updating covers as they become available and confirming extras at that time as well.
The series is currently being simulcast by Aniplex USA through Crunchyroll, Hulu and the Aniplex Channel.
Nisekoi is based on the manga by Naoshi Komi which has been appearing in the US version of Weekly Shonen Jump since 2014. The series began back at the end of 2011 in Japan and has been running since.

Plot concept: Raku and the girls are back! The hunt for the key to his heart and locket continues in the second season of this fan favorite anime series. Originally a popular manga serialized in Shonen Jump created by author Naoshi Komi, NISEKOI: (the second season of NISEKOI) features all the familiar characters from the first season joined by Kosaki’s younger sister Haru. With a new girl entering the equation, will it really be “more the merrier” for Raku? What will happen to this false [NISE] love [KOI]?
