‘Ranpo Kitan: Game of Laplace’ Anime Gets New Teaser, Reveals ‘All is In F’ Promo

2 min read

LaplaceAnnounced at the noitaminA Announcement Conference 2015 back in November, the official channel for noitaminA has added a new teaser spot for the series Ranpo Kitan: Game of Laplace, which can be localized as Mysterious Stories of Ranpo. The promo spot we got last week revealed the summer 2015 debut in Japan and the announcement of the site refresh, the launch of the Twitter side and the first key visual that you can see to the right.

Ranpo refers to Edogawa Ranpo with this work being produced for the 50th anniversary sine the writers death. A mystery writer, he has a slew of works over the years before he passed away in 1965.

The story itself is under wraps at the moment, but it will be directed by Seiji Kishi at studio Lerche based on scripts by Makoto Uezeu.

While the 30 second promo kicks off with that, it also goes into a new fall show for noitaminA with All is in F. There’s not a lot of detail at the moment, but the official site has launched here: http://www.f-noitamina.com/

This series is based on the original work by Hiroshi Mori and will be directed by Mamoru Kobe based on scripts by Toshiya Ohno. It’ll be animated at A-1 Pictures.. Character designs are being done by Inio Asano while Kenji Kawai will be handling the music.
