A new listing on Amazon UK has revealed that Manga Entertainment UK is going to distribute Noragami with its first season in the region. The listing sets a September 21st, 2015 release for the show in separate DVD and Blu-ray editions that will be bilingual and likely mirror the US release in most ways in terms of content. The DVD is priced at £24.99 while the Blu-ray is at £34.99.
It’s unclear at the moment exactly who is releasing the show, since Manga Entertainment UK serves as a distributor for Kaze and Animatsu as well as doing their own releases, so we’re just listing it as Manga UK for now until it’s cleared up.
Plot concept: Yato may just be a minor god now, but he’s determined to make it big and he’s got a plan. Unfortunately, things just don’t seem to be going his way. He doesn’t have a single shrine dedicated to him, his partner has just quit, and now he’s got to find a new divine weapon. Just when things look bleak, he meets a girl named Hiyori and changes her life forever.
