The spring 2015 anime series Sound! Euphonium is moving right along as we get closer to the halfway mark. With the next episode set to debut tomorrow, Kyoto Animation has dropped a new extended thirty second spot highlighting the fifth episode and where they intend to go with it, which is certainly ripe for captioning based on this promo alone. The show is based on the novel by Ayana Takeda. After originally being talked about back on October 2014, it was formalized that Tatsuya Ishihara is directing the series based on scripts by Hukki Hanada while Shoko Ikeda is handling the character designs for it.
The series stars Tomoyo Kurosawa as Kumiko Omae, Ayaka Asai as Hazuki Kato, Moe Toyota Sapphire Kawashima, Chika Anzai as Reina Kosaka, Minako Kotobuki as Asuka Tanaka, Saori Hayami as Haruka Ogasawara, Minori Chihara as Kaori Nakaseko, Haruki Ishiya as Shūichi Takamoto, Takahiro Sakurai as Noboru Taki, Kenjiro Tsuda as Takuya Goto, Miyuki Kobori as Nashiko Nagase, Konomi Fujimura as Natsuki Nakagawa, Yuri Yamaoka as Yuko Yoshikawa, Yoko Hikasa as Aoi Saito, Manami Numakura as Mamiko Oumae and Aya Hisakawa as Michie Matsumoto.
