TNT had one of the biggest cable premieres for a new series last summer with the debut of The Last Ship and the show is coming back for a bigger second season this summer. TNT has ten original series coming on board as part of the summer season as audiences are looking for things to watch instead of constant reruns, though only a couple of shows fall under our view. The other series coming out is Falling Skies, which is hitting us with its fifth and final season.
The Last Ship returns June 21 at 9 PM with a two-hour season premiere; while the fifth and final season of Falling Skies lands on June 28.
