With an apparent competitive bidding war to get the rights to it, Legendary’s TV company has won the right to produce Lazarus as a TV series. Currently being released by Image Comics, the book comes from writer Greg Ruck and artist Michael Lark and it looks like Matt Tolmach will be producing the series after helping to secure the rights. Greg ruck is set to write the pilot and serve as an executive producer alongside Lark and Tolmach.
Ruck’s credits range wide over the years and he’s won the Eisner five times in his career so far. His previous work Whiteout got a feature film and his other series, Queen & Country, is currently being figured out at Fox.
