The web novel series Shishou Series has been announced as getting an anime adaptation for 2016 with multiple works being planned to deal with the property that was originally published on the 2channel board back in 2003. The project is looking at a live action movie in 2016 which will be followed up by both a live action TV drama and an anime adaptation, which will be complemented by the ongoing manga series that began in 2013. The web novels started getting a print version last year as well.
The first round of details for the anime adaptation has set Atsushi Shimizu to direct it based on the script by Chiaki Konaka at studio Pierrot Plus. The cast hasn’t been revealed yet, but we have a look at the character designs below as well as the first teaser for it, which is pretty damn creepy in general.

Plot concept: The story of the original novels revolves around a protagonist who experiences various spiritual encounters due to his upperclassman at his college’s club, the “master teacher” in the series title that has spiritual sensitivity.
