I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying Season 2One of the more delightful shows that we had last year was the first season of Danna ga Nani wo Itteiru ka Wakaranai Ken, which was localized as I Can’t Understand What My Husband is Saying for English language countries. We learned at the end of that season that a second season was on the way and planned for a spring 2015 premiere. Now the official premiere has been set for April 2nd, 2015 with it planned for a thirteen episode run. The premiere is set for TV Saitama with rollouts on other channels in other regions over the next few days.

The show was part of the fall 2014 anime season and has been simulcast by Crunchyroll. The Japanese home video release arrived back on  January 16th, 2015. The Blu-ray is priced at 7,344 yen while the DVD is at 5,440 yen and both releases will include a booklet.

The original manga series, which had its fourth volume released earlier this year, began in 2011 by Cool Kyoushinsha.

The series stars Yukari Tamura in the role of Kaoru while Kenichi Suzumura is taking on Hajime. Additional cast includes Rie Kugimiya as Rino Juse, Toshifumi Sakai as Nozomu Juse, Ryoko Shintani as Tanaka-san, Daisuke Tonosaki as Yamada, Sayaka Horino as Mayotama and Kaori Shimizu as Miki-san. Shinpei Nagai is set to write and direct again at studio Seven with Ryuichi Baba handling the character designs.

Plot concept: The manga follows the daily life of an earnest, hardworking office lady named Kaoru and her otaku husband, who is totally immersed in a certain huge net bulletin board system.
