Aniplex USA has revealed the next part of their release of Monogatari Second Season with a street date for Hanamonogatari, which was simulcast last summer. The show is getting a two disc Blu-ray release in one package on April 21st, 2015 priced at $64.98 for the set, but a retail price of $49.98. The release will bring out the five episode Sugura Devil arc in its original Japanese language with English subtitles.

The novel, written by NisiOisin, works with the Suruga Devil storyline. The Monogatari Second Season series finished its broadcast run after twenty-six episodes in 2013. Hanamonogatari is bringing back mostly the same production team to work on it though Tomoyuki Itamura is directing with Akiyuki Shinbo serving as a chief director this time around.
Plot concept: The bee apparition is now gone, and summer vacation where the phoenix apparition averted harm is over– Around Koyomi Araragi and the girls who started a new trimester, apparitions, or perhaps threats even worse, were creeping in ever closer. Tsubasa Hanekawa, Mayoi Hachikuji, Suruga Kanbaru, Nadeko Sengoku, Shinobu Oshino, and Hitagi Senjyogahara. Their soliloquies, confessions – and farewells.
