‘Comical Psychosomatic Medicine’ Anime Premieres On Crunchyroll

Comical Psychosomatic Medicine Header CrunchyrollAnnounced earlier in the month with details to come, Crunchyroll has gone live today with Comical Psychosomatic Medicine, where they’be brought the first two episodes of the series online for fans. Going forward, new episodes will go live on Thursday at 2pm ET for all Crunchyroll members and it’ll be available to them worldwide outside of Asia.

Originally called Manga de Wakaru Shinryonaika, the 2010 series has eleven volumes out so far. The property has proven fairly popular in Japan with over three million copies sold and a drama CD that was bundled with the seventh volume raising the interest level a fair bit.

The cast announced for the show is pretty decent with Shinichiro Miki as Ryo Shinnai, Yurika Endo as Asuna Kangoshi, Yoko Hikasa as Iyashi Kangoshi, Maaya Uchida as Himeru Kangoshi and Kenichi Ogata as Sukizo Kangoshi.

Plot concept: Have issues with depression, ED, dementia, or even with your love life? Don’t worry, as the psychologist Ryo and his nurse Asuna will seriously try to help you understand these mental disorders all while laughing in this comedy anime!
