One of the more interesting things that cropped up in Marvel’s expansion in Japan last year was the debut of a one-off involving a crossover between Attack on Titan with several Marvel characters, such as The Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy. The work was plotted by Attack on Titan creator Hajime with artwork by Gerardo Sandoval, whose work is currently appearing in Guardians 3000.
At the Secret Wars presentation today, Tom Brevoort talked about the upcoming Free Comic Book Day promotion and revealed that the crossover that appeared in the Japanese Brutus magazine will be part of their overall offerings to retailers for the event this year, which is on May 2nd, 2015.
