While doing press for Taken 3 this week, Liam Neeson was asked a question that he may not get all that often for awhile. With the growing interest in more Star Wars films, he was asked if he’d want to come back to do more with Qui-Gon. Naturally, Neeson won’t turn away any work when you get down to it, but he’s always aware that it’s been awhile and there’s a bit of a limited amount of material they could do with him. He does go with the potential for a Force Ghost appearance, which might actually be fun to bring a little closure to how he poofed at the end of the first prequel, but even though he’s aged over the years, one suspects that he could still pull off a pretty decent standalone film as well.
And, of course, he chimes in on Kylo Ren’s lightsaber from the teaser for Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
